Unable to save screen ZZFEFATMP2103. Error during EXPORT DYNPRO.

Getting subject error message while opening txn Change fast entry for actions (Img->Personnel Management->Personnel Administration->Customizing User Interfaces->Fast Entry for Actions->Change Fast Entry of Actions.).

Any idea about this?
