How can propmano(BKPF) field be activated in FBV1 tcode while parking a document

Dear Experts,

can anybody please tell me how can propmano field(BKPF) be activated in FBV1 tcode while parking a document? Is it a functional task or technical?

AND

The requirement is actually to add(activate) a field in header level of a parking document which will be >6 characters. So if any other field can do the purpose, please tell that also(and how)
