ITSM 7.2 - Wrong screen layout for YMIN in favorites

Hello,

We are starting to configure ITSM on SolMan 7.2, I have copied the transaction SMIN and created some business profiles to access it. For the 'requester' profile I have configured the 'YWIN' transaction screen and it works fine when I create an incident or acces a created incident from the search screen. However if I add the incident to my favorites and access the incident from the link in the favorite list (in my home work center) the screen displayed is totally diferent (pictures bellow). I see the component is different from the normal (normal one: AIC_INCIDENT_H 'wrong' one: AIC_IM_REQ_H) but I have no idea why and how to change it. Moreover I can't reconfigure the screen of the favorite to be like the normal one, the fields available aren't the same.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.
