Short dump ITS_ERRMSG_EXCEPTION in prod.

Hi,

Could anybody of you tell me what is the reason for getting frequent Short Dumps in SRM Production system as Short dump ITS_ERRMSG_EXCEPTION and what should be the remedy to get rid of that.
