RFC_CONVERSION_FAILURE RFCTYPE_NUM value conversion error; SAP Patch level 10

Hi Experts,

We are facing strange issue of RFC_CONVERSION after upgrading SAP GUI to patch level 10. The error is SAP Error. Group: 5: Key: RFC_CONVERSION_FAILURE, Message: END_CELL of type RFCTYPE_NUM value=2399217152 cannot be converted to type RFCTYPE_NUM with the field length 6.

This error is coming while executing a BEX query from Excel and its strange is in a way that when we execute the same query thru t-code RSRT it is executing without any issues. How we can look up to this or does SAP has provided any NOTE to sort this issue.

Any suggestion are great welcome.
