process code in inbound proxy after all files are picked up by PI

Hi,

Business scenario - Files will be picked up from FTP by PI and after all the records from all files are updated in custom table , subsequent processing like email to confirm files received , posting of data in SAP....etc needs to be processed immediately.

Solution:To achieve this I have configured a file to proxy scenario. Here Pi will poll the FTP box for 15 mints ( 12 - 12.15) to pick files. I have coded the subsequent process i.e. email /posting in inbound proxy after inserting data in table.

Issue :Now the issue here is the subsequent processes gets triggered after each file is picked by PI. I would like to continue the subsequent processes only after PI picks all the files and stores the data in custom table.

Is it possible to trigger the subsequent processes in inbound proxy ONLY after the last file is picked up from FTP by PI? Note - the number of files in FTP may vary.

If this is not feasible ,may I know any alternative solution? The PI system I am working is SAP PI 7.5 single installation.
