Profitability Analysis

my client requires a report which is helpful to analyse the profit bill wise. how much profit is done on each particular bill. is there any report or T.code to get this kind of result...its an urgent requirement .can any one help me out..it is ok if there is any report something related to this...

Hi,

You need to do the following:

1) Define Sales Order or Billing Document as a segment level characteristic (T-Code KEQ3).

However, please note it is not advisable to include Sales Order or Billing Document as a segment level characteristic, as it will create a Profitability segment record for every Sales Order or Billing Document which will impact system performance while retrieving information.

2) Create Key Figure Scheme (KER1)

3) Create Forms (KE36/KE96)

4) Create Profitability Report (KE31)

Hi,

there are 2 step:

1: you go in KE34 to create a new scheme for your report,

you choice a structure as : two axes (matrix)

and put your Row ( value field with characteristics) and choice a value field, your Colum, as you prefer,

you must put general data selection also, it choicing between available characteristics on right box.

2.after you go in KE32 and you must create a new report that it uses the scheme created before.

here you can put the Characteristics that you need, and to use DRILLDOWN list, on Print setup-- other settings- put REPORT parameters

In CO-PA , are there standard reports ??

I think we have to create reports in COPA using :

IMG: (1) Controlling>>Profitability Analysis>>Information System>>Report components>>Define key figure schemes

(2) Controlling>>Profitability Analysis>>Information System>>Create profitability analysis report"

Can somebody through light on this please

There are standard reporst as told by Mr.karthik. If they are not fulfill your requirement you need to create them.
