Problem configuring MSX-A Components for Exchange Intergration

29 Views

All,

I'm trying to setup my Portal installation (NW04s, EP7 SP11) with connectivity to our Exchange server.

I went through the install guide at the http://help.sap.com site.

System Configuration:

EP7 SP11

IIS6.0 Windows 2003 SP2 (Front end server)

Exchange Server Windows 2003 SP2 (Backend Server)

we have Exchange Server on the same domain. IIS6.0 is running on a front end server. Front end server, Portal Server and Backend end Server are all saperate machines but they are in the same domain.

The IIS site with the MSX-A components is configured everything (I believe correctly);

~CDO has been installed and configured

~I've created the SAPExchange website with it's home directory pointing to the SAPExchangeTransport folder.

~Permissions and log on rights have been setup.

When running the SAPPXchTest.exe file, I always get an error.

The log reveals:

4/26/2007 6:04:41 PM Opening logging for user abc@companyemail.com

-2147221231 The information store could not be opened. [MAPI 1.0 - [MAPI_E_LOGON_FAILED(80040111)]] Connection userLogon 56 User = abc@companyemail.com

Server = MSECHANGESERVER

E-mail = abc@companyemail.com

4/26/2007 6:04:41 PM Closing logging for user abc@companyemail.com

I've read Microsoft's note on this error but it has been of no help; has anyone else seen this error before?

Kindly help.

Thanks in advance,

Gowri
