Linking a PPT to an item master data as a barcode

Hi Experts

I have a question which someone could answer if possible

I need to link a power point presentation to Item Master Data

Create a UDF in the Item Master Data

Create a link to the PPT from the server location

Create a barcode field on the Production Order which is linked to this PPT on the item Master Data

Production order is printed and when user scans this barcode the PC should open this PPT automatically

I hope I am making sense

We have some work instructions created in power point. Each finished Item has a WI

Production order is raised to build a finish item, job sheet is printed and passed to operator

Operator should be able to scan barcode on the job sheet which will then open the related work instruction on the PC

Is something like this possible?

Hi,

Not sure your current version of SAP, but in 9.2 version, using "Activity" option you can attach process instruction to the operator.
