SAP Cloud for Customer Group email

Dear Experts,

i need your support. Is it possible to send a email or a notification to all employee in cloud for customer? If, for example, a manager want to inform all employee about a process change. So how can I do this? I wish to create a group address with all employees. I hope you can help me and give me some proposals.

One other option is to send a notification with a feed. But it`s only possible to tag one person. I want to tag a group of persons.

Hello Filiz,

1. For mass E-Mail, i would suggest to create a Dynamic Target Group only for the employees and use the Target Group whenever required to create a onetime campaign "Important Notice" to send mass e-mail

2. I do think at a time a Feed can be assigned to one Person

It`s was so easy :)) my problem was that i didn`t had a field with employee. so i add it 🙂 Many thanks for your help! Problem solved!
