I am currently working on SAP MDG Vendor creation Change request where activated Dynamic parallel processing based on company codes entered on the requestor's page. So to be precise requirement is to send work item simultaneously to agents specific to company code. i.e. if two company codes entered 1000 and 2000 in vendor creation page then as a next step work item should get trigger to company code specific approvers simultaneously. Here some of the approvers are in common so there is a chance that some times they may receive approval for CC 1000 and some times for CC 2000 so as an identifier without opening any work item they want to see the workitem arrived in their inbox is belong to which company code. So as a solution I am thinking to change workitem description at runtime by giving company code in WI description itself.
In SBWP WI - we have two options, either change WI description or put Dynamic column through SWL1. So I am trying to understand if we have similar option available in NWBC as well.
Note: I know it is possible to change WI description in Dialog task but here we are using standard workflow WS60800086 and corresponding standard dialog task which is already up and running in production hence don't want to replace custom workflow or modify standard workflow thus exploring if some other option available to achieve this through UI enhancement or feeder class enhancement.
I have already gone through below URL but that is not helpful because it suggests changes at task level which is possible only if the task is custom. In my case I am using standard task and not for standard task how this can be leveraged.
