Hi
We have 2 servers as Solution Manager. One was installed as only for the team so that they can do hands on. Another Solution Manager was installed for customer. Both are physically at seperate places.
We want the data from the 1st Solman in to the customer Solman so that we can save rework.
Is it possible to transport data from one solman to another in form of Transport requests. If then How?
Thanks in advance..
Hi Hemant,
For the infrastructure part it should not be that difficult. Just make sure you have a filled SLD connected to you'r SolMan and all you need to do is recreate the Landscape, which can be done by just a couple of clicks within ta SMSY.
Kind regards,
Sjoerd

Hi Sjoerd,
Is a properly configured SLD, connected to two SolMan 4.0 systems, the only prerequisite for transferring infrastructure configuration from one to another?
Can you transfer a whole project -- project definition, scope, documentation, assignments, etc.?
Can this transfer be done from a 32-bit Windows/MS-SQL system to a 64-bit one? How about from a Sol Man 3.2 system to a 4.0 system?
Finally, is it possible to transfer other data, like system landscapes and SMSY data for monitoring? Please elaborate.
Thanks and regards,
-- Dan
Hi,
Can you elaborate, what do you want to transfer? Config settings? or any table data?
Feel free to revert back.
