SAP Solution Manager 4.0 question:
a. Is it possible to Change the Support Message values for (SOLUTION NUMBER) or (PROJECT), AFTER the message has been created in
either transaction codes: NOTIF_CREATE or CRMD_ORDER?
b. Is there a CRM or DNO Notification transaction that allows for the modification of ALL the values entered via the fields found on the NOTIF_CREATE (screen), AFTER creating a support desk message in Solution Manager?
