RFQ rejection letter

I have a requirement to create RFQ rejection letter. What configuration- if any- is required and where is it? Is there a transaction number that is available to access this letter? Need help. Thanks

Hi

Please try this:

1) Define the Message Type for Rejection Letter Form print-out via Transaction M/30.

2) Assign the Form and Output Program to the Rejection Letter print-out via Transaction OMFD.

3) Define the Message Schema for Rejection Letter Form print-out

4) Define the Fine-tuned Control for Reject Letter Form print-out.

5) Maintain the Condition Record via Transaction MN01 (optional)

Once you have maintained the quotation via Transaction ME47, if you would prefer to trigger the print-out of the Rejection Letter, you have to go to Item details and click on 'Rejection Indicator'. Then with the aforesaid settings, it is possible for you to print out your Rejection Letter.
