Crystal Reports 2011 Error

I can install CR 2011 no problem but once I try to launch it for the first time I am getting this error. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times also running the setup as administrator. Does anyone know what this means and how do I resolve?

I installed as Admin

Windows 7 SP1

Right click on the Icon/short cut and select Run As Administrator.

Must be installed with Admin rights as well.

What OS are you installing it to?

What patch level is you copy of CR 2011?
