Hi Experts,

We would like to use the Amazon Business functionality. Can you please help me with some document on SRM integration with Amazon or Amazon punchout with SAP SRM.

We would like to understand the integration process or architecture.

Thank You.

Abhishek

Hi Abhishek,

For Amazon punchout catalog, it belongs to external catalog.
Please refer to my answer in the following thread:

Hello IVY

This is Mandar here.. our business wants to use external catalogue but only though SAP MM I am aware about external Web Service part where we have configure URL for that catalogue but further how can I bring that data in to SAP MM. at this moment when i click on the link it opens that external web link but not allowing me to pull the data in SAP MM...

Can you please help me with below qq

1 - Do we need to create business account on supplier portal or supplier provides access to their catalogue? if supplier needs to provide access what information do we need to ask or share?

2- how to pull the data from web page in to sap mm

Thanks & Regards

Hi,

This has nothing to do with SRM setting. If you want to access catalog from MM PO or PR, you may refer to the following KBA:

2475664 - No catalog button in Purchase Order/Requisition transactions

All the configuration or customizing should be done in ERP side.

Hi,

First, you have to upload the material data from MM side to MDM data manager.
Then to synchronize the data, it would be better to replicate material master from MM to SRM as well.
At last, you may refer to KBA 2475664 to get known about how to enable the catalog option in MM side so that you could purchase catalog items in MM PO/PR.

Best regards,
Yang
