FTE - stands for Full Time Equivalent of the required capacity.. If it is not e-recruiting, you can go through the following <a href="http://help.sap.com/saphelp_erp2005vp/helpdata/en/e0/f504c81c9811d289bf0000e8216659/content.htm">SAP Help</a>. The db table here would be HRP1019.
