ordering the roles...in the portal screen

i have created roles like...

a b c d e f...

i want to make appear in my portal screen as

b d a f c e

what i have to do?

i want the roles to be.....arranged..

Hi

In order to change the order of the roles open the role select "navigation " in the property category and change the value of "sort priority" .....lower the value first it appears...it will b 100 by default

Hi,

Right click on each role you have created -> Open -> Object -> In properties look for property category <b>"Navigation"</b> -> Look for property <b>"Sort Priority"</b> -> the role with lowest sort priority, appears as the first tab.

By default, the sort priority is 100.

Hi Srinivasa,

You have to edit the property named "Sort Priority" of the roles to rearrange the order in which they appear on the screen.

Roles will be displayed with the increasing order of the sort priorities starting from the left side i.e. Role with the least Sort Priority will appear first on the left.

You would need to use sort priority.

<i>From the help documentation</i>

The smaller the value of the entry point, the further left it moves on the navigation bar, that is the entry point with the lowest value appears to the far left and the others follow in the order of their priorities. The entry points without a priority appear in any order.
