SC item still in status "Item in Transfer Process"

Hello,

We have some SC that are still in status "Item in Transfer Process". THey have no error but we don't get the R/3 document. In our case we must get Purchase Requisition but we have nothing. We can"t transfer manually the SC in the monitor because the button is disable for those SC. Can someone help us?

      Hi

      Have you checked all the OSS notes relevant in your case.

      Meanwhile, also look into RZ20, SLG1, SM21 and ST22 Transactions in SRM side for any error logs as such.

      Also look into ST22 Transaction in R/3 system for any error logs as such.

    Hi,

    Chave you checked queues SMQ1 and SMQ2 on both side for any errors?

    Try to run CLEAN_REQREQ_UP report.

    Dear Eileen lee

    The worst case, you might have to update manually the item in transfer process status --> Inactive = "X" in table CRM_JEST using reference item GUID.

    The Retranfer the PR using FM BBP_PD_SC_TRANSFER

    Eileen,

    Please check note 865797. There is a program BBP_ALERT_SB_NOTTRANSFERED that should be scheduled to check for SCs with incorrect status. If it finds one it will change the status from In-Transfer to Error in Process. Once this happens the icon to retransfer in the SC Monitor will be active and you can manually transfer the cart.

      Hi Tom,

      In BBP_PD we had a Purchase Requisition whose items had the "Item in transfer process" status. Our jobs (including CLEAN_REQREQ_UP) were running just fine and we couldn't fix the problem unitil we executed program BBP_ALERT_SB_NOTTRANSFERED, which you had suggested. The results were exactly as you described!
