    Hi Indah,

To run your web-dynpro program you need to do the following:

    1. Right click on your web dynpro component(i assume it is ZH1 and you open your web dynpro program in transaction SE80). In the context menu which appears click on 'Create' -> Web Dynpro Application.

    2. In the next popup screen give a name to your web dynpro application, say ZH1_A and a short desription.

    3. In the next screen you give your component name, window name(interface view), plug name(default).

    3. Save your application.

    4. Press F8 to execute. You could also use the 'test/execute' button on the toolbar above.

    I hope this helps.

    Thanks and Best Regards,

    Viqar Ali.

hi for Web Dynpro ABAP you need .

    WAS 7.0

    NetWeaver 2004's

    Prerequisites

For Web Dynpro ABAP there are configuration settings for the areas ICM and ICF, as well as for the View Designer.

    · HTTP/HTTPS must be set in the ICM (see also Displaying and Changing Services).

    · The following configuration prerequisites must be fulfilled:

¡ ICF services must be activated.

If a service is not activated by default, you can activate it from the SAP Implementation Guide (IMG). In transaction SPRO choose Display SAP Reference IMG. The path in the Implementation Guide for SAP NetWeaver is: Application Server ® Internet Communication Framework ® Activate HTTP Services or Activate Services in Installation.

For more information see SAP note 517484.

¡ Administration of (ICF) server functions (authorization assignment): Administration of Server Functions

¡ Administration of (ICF) client functions (creation of RFC destinations, and so on): Administration of Client Functions

    · For the layout editor in the View Designer, in addition to the services for Web Dynpro ABAP listed in note 517484, the following services must be activated:

    ¡ /sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/public/bc/viewdesigner/

    ¡ /sap/bc/wdvd/

SSO must be set up on the respective application server (see also the security section in the table).

    Cheers

      i already do this ->

If a service is not activated by default, you can activate it from the SAP Implementation Guide (IMG). In transaction SPRO choose Display SAP Reference IMG. The path in the Implementation Guide for SAP NetWeaver is: Application Server ® Internet Communication Framework ® Activate HTTP Services or Activate Services in Installation

      -

      -

but instead of this : ® Activate HTTP Services or Activate Services in Installation

ill get 😔 -a). configure and activate services individually and (-b.) actives http services for each application.

if i choose (a) come out

      maintain services

      form ..

that require me to fill hierarchy type and etc

and when i choose (b) i see that all the web dynpro is already active in icf.

      -

      -

      can anybody..give me another solution

anyway is it because im doing it from client side? do web dynpro only can be tested in server side?
