How to restrict closing and revoke closing of production order to different users

Yes , I have followed the same ,but the action is allowed / restricted for both the users .
BS02 and PFCG assigned as suggested.
Can u check the same please.

Take a look into this blog and try to use a similar approach:

The blog does not mention, but you can also add your own authorization object to the user status, so that only some users can change it.
