FLP Content not displaying properly when being launched from SAP portal

Hi Experts,

This is a scenario of FLP integrated on SAP Portal.

I am facing an issue in display of SAP Fiori Launchpad contents when being launched from portal Role (web-dispatcher portal url). I am getting the content as in below screen-shot. Please note that the same content is being launched properly when using direct web-dispatcher fiori launchpad url.

My EP version is NW7.4SP09 & FLP is NW7.4SP13

Please help in resolving the same, if anyone has faced similar issue earlier.

* Web-dispatcher is configured for integration scenario and we are able to access portal using same.

Hi Wei,

SAP has suggested to implement the below notes, to overcome the clickjacking suppression which is causing this issue.

SAP note 2333957 and SAP note 2142551 cover the implementation of Clickjacking whitelisting in ABAP AS. You can use the documentation below to learn how to enable the whitelisting of the URL:

You may also need to activate Portal Clickjacking service, documented here:

We are in process of implementing this note, hopefully this will resolve this issue. You can also try.

Hi Rakesh,

I see there is a concatenated navigation target. is it navmode 10 or 3?

Is the issue happen when you are navigating an iView or Role from already launched FLP@EP screen?

Another thing is that it seems that the theme if not loaded correctly, please take network traces and check

if there are resources (such as .css files) that failed to load (e.g 403, 401 as the response) since cannot go

through the webdispatcher.

• is it navmode 10 or 3? >>>> i am using Nav mode 10 i.e. Display in separate headerless portal window (standard mode) for fiori iview.
• Is the issue happen when you are navigating an iView or Role from already launched FLP@EP screen? >> >> I am launching the fiori view pointing to flp, from the portal role, here is am using the web-dispatcher portal url to access portal.
• Another thing is that it seems that the theme if not loaded correctly, please take network traces and check if there are resources (such as .css files) that failed to load (e.g 403, 401 as the response) since cannot go through the web dispatcher. >>>> i have checked the network trace, and i am getting few 404 errors for css. I have attached the screenshot below for trace.

Please note that i have tried using nav mode 1 aswell, but its same. Also if i am trying to access the fiori iview from portal using normal portal url instead of web-dispatcher url, i am getting blank page(no content) and in network trace/debugger i can see its throwing click-jacking issue.

Please let me know if any additional information needed from my end. Please check and suggest.
