Problem with /webdynpro/dispatcher/sap.com/bi~plan~workbench1/Modeler?

Hello

We have installed EP with BI JAVA, when we try modify modeler with transaction RSPLAN we had the next java error :

About ABAP part we have SP 12 for SAP_BW, and about JAVA we have Stack 11, but we don´t solve problem

Hi,

BI ABAP SP12 matches with Java SPS 11.

Since today there is a patch at the service market place for SPS11.

The problems occurs for functions of type "Distribution according to keys", when there is a variable included in the function.

Hi,

I just wanted make my note more clear.

For ABAP BI there has been delivered an intermediate patch. (BI ABAP SP11)

Therefore Netweaver Stack SPS 11 contains BI ABAP SP12.

The patch mentioned is for software component:

BI REPORTING AND PLANNING 7.00

We have had similar error messages. ABAP SP and Java stack should be equal. Can you upgrade to Java stack 12 to match ABAP/BW SP12.

Some of the prerequesites for RSPLAN are:

J2EE engine

JCO connection setup...

You might want to check with your basis people to see if those are set up properly.

Mary, yes I can use RSPLAN, but we have problem when we execute Bex Modeler from EP ( BI Java ), when we try modify some modeler

Finally we can solve problem, when we apply SAPJEECOR11_0-10003466.SCA and SAPJEECOR11P_2-10003466.SCA, with SDM.

With stack 11 it is installed patch level 0, but for to solve this problem we need apply patch level 2 for SAP J2EE ENGINE CORE 7.00

But now we have another problem with application sap.com/bi_planworkbench1:

I had the same problem. To analyze your system, run the "BI Diagnostics and Support Desk Tool" mentioned in OSS 937697. Also, make sure all available support packages are installed for both the BI ABAP and BI JAVA usage types. I also ran ABAP program RSPOR_SETUP to pinpoint areas in our system that were not set up correctly, then fixed them and reran this program again to verify all was well. I was able to get BI-IP app to work afterwards. Hope this helps!
