Union dues from Infotype 0057 is not getting deducted

Hi,

There is an entry in infotype 0057 for employee XXXX but the union dues is not getting deducted.

For the another employee YYYY in same personal area and subarea union dues are getting deducted.

Kindly suggest what could be the issue.
