SAP RE FX Sales Based Settelment - multiple sales relevant conditions

I'm trying to run sales based settlement for a contract with many conditions and the system doesn't calculate the balance as expected:

Exemple

1. Min. Guarantee condition € 78.777,96

2. Maxirent condition € 3.621,36

Tot amount for balance = € 82.399,32

Sales € 1.475.811,02 (with 7%)

Balance expected = (1.475.811,02*7%) - € 82.399,32 = 20.907,45

I assume that i have to assign the Sales rule to all conditions (Minimum sales rent - fixed amonut, Maxirent - fixed amount and Balance - Sales-based rent) but I can assign only Minimum and balance. when i try to assign also the maxirent condition to the sale rule, an error occur "Sales rule 0010: assignment error for condition" and i can't procede further.

Please give some advices if you managed a case like this for your client.
