Processing message by end-user in the Service Desk

Hi Friends,

My end-users create messages in the SAP ECC 6.0 and employees of the Service Desk processing this message in the Solution Manager 4.0. But I don't know how end-users can view or do another actions, as example "Confirm message" without directly logon in the Solution Manager. Is this really from SAP ECC 6.0?
