Chang Log Check job result is Zero

Hi Experts,

In SAP Process Control, I have created Change Log Check Business Rule and scheduled the job. In business rule ad-hoc query, result is as per expectation, it means SCU3 changes are reflecting in ad-hoc query of business rule. But when we schedule the job for same business rule for same time frame, the job is getting completed without any error but the deficiency result is zero.

Meanwhile, we tested Value Check Business Rule Scenario for same table, and we received expected result in Ad-Hoc Query and in Job Result both.

Please suggest.

Hi Darshan,

Are you getting the results when you do 'Apply rule'?. Check below SAP notes. Also make sure to have latest SP as there are mutiple fixes happened for changelog scenario in later SP levels

2138651 - Business rule failed to report all deficiencies in adhoc query
2228535 - CCM Changelog Scenario: Data consistency and performance improvement
2256993 - Side effect Note for 2228535, Changelog scenarios with joins are not fetching data
2240361 - Insert type changes are not captured for Object Class based Handlers

Thanks for your suggestions.

As I know, in Change Log Check scenario, Log collection will bring only the match between SCU3 logs and the Business Rule Deficiency Criteria. It means that it will match the very same field IDs from SCU3 and Business Rule Deficiency criteria.

For Change Log Check scenario:
•Data Collection: Data is presented based on the existence of data in SCU3 for the deficiency criteria chosen. If data is found, filter criteria is applied and result will show. -> Here I am getting same result as I am getting in SCU3 table for all three(Insert, Update, Delete) options.
•Apply Rule: Conditions and Calculations defined in previous steps are applied to the result. -> In my case, I did not apply any condition/calculation on deficiency field, hence apply rule result is giving blank result.

Also, version of GRC is 10.1 SP16.

Please suggest.
