Hi experts
can any body tell me how to create a IVR or CAD for IC winclient. is it done in CRM system, CTI or PBX?
Dear Sajjad,
Have you gotten an answer to your question yet? An IVR can interact with SAP in a self-service mode (without the call ending up with an agent) or in combination with an agent. If the IVR collects data that you want to send to the agent, you need to store this data as call attached data (CAD) which will make it available to the agent using IC WinClient. CAD can be transferred to the IC Clipboard and migrated to BDD (business data display) - both in IC WinClient. CAD is not easily handled yet in the IC WebClient.
AMC Technology provides assistance to customers implementing these types of solutions and we have more certified integrations in the CTI area with SAP than any other company.
Let me know if you need further help.
