Creating a sub form/screen/pop-up for Adobe PCR

Hi,

My requirement is to show-up a sub form/screen or a pop-up for an Adobe form which is part of a custom PCR. This form/screen is only for information and reference sake and nothing need to be entered in it. User will look in to this sub screen to refer something while entering the information on the main form.

Any help in achieving this requirement is highly appreciated.

Yes, it should be possible using JAVASCRIPT. Just check the related documentation.
