Funds reservation does not update budget after deletion.

Hi all,

When we raise a PM order, it creates a Funds Reservation in FM. When we reduce the commitment by deleting one of the lines in the PO, the system is not automatically updating the budget. Instead, we have to manually go to the Funds reservation document and mark it as complete. Please assist as the user requires that the budget gets automatically updated after deleting commitment in P.O.

    Hi,

    This is not standard. Even if you delete a commitment of a PO, commitment of reservation still remains.

    You can develop a solution in MM module, which would reduce reservation along with PO item deletion/modification.
