Hi,
We are upgrading from 4.6c to ECC 6.0 and we currently have an issue with the HRBENUSCOB07 tcode. It gives the error "No valid COBRA infotype found" only for the employees with more than one 0211 record. For the employee with only one record for IT 211 with the COBRA status 'waiting for reply' for more than 60 days, it picks up employee correctly.
Example:
If the employee
Resigned 5/14/2004 - valid thru 10/27/2005
Rehired 10/28/2005 - valid thru 8/18/2006
Resigned 8/19/2006 - valid thru 12/31/9999
In this case there will be 2 record for IT 0211, one valid from 5/15/2004 - 10/27/2005 and another from 8/19/2006 - 2/18/2008. In this scenario when I run the election monitor after 60 days say, today 04/24/2007, it gives the error 'No valid COBRA infotype found'.
Can someone think of any possible solution for this?
