Segment E1EDPO4 is missing in outbod message type ORDERS01

Hi gurus,

Segment E1EDPO4 is missing in outbod message type ORDERS01 though the tax code is appearing in PO. why the IDOC is not picking up the Tax code and not shown in the segment EIEDP04?

It is very urgent. please let me know
