How i can use dunnig program(F150) to send dunning notices for items which are not overdue.

May be u can send a periodic account statement using F.27 instead, as dunning notices are generated only if the items are due according to the levels.
Dunning Notice is generally sent out to your business partners who fall behind on payments - So it would be mostly overdue open items, not open items before the due date.
