HI,

I am in process of Developing HR-BW Report.

With regards to Business Area...how can i releare Business Area for the corresponding Orgnizational Unit

You can do a simple SELECT on the db table HRP1008 for the Org Unit in Question, the Business Area is stored in the field GSBER.
