Error while doing ME57

All,

I have activated version Management for PR.

Now I have generated a PR and saved it , after that done the releases .

Then I have executed ME52N and add some text in item level .

Then again saved the PR.

Now I am doing conversion of PR into PO , with t code ME57 .

While moving to PO screen , its showing error :

'Processing state 01(Version in Process) does not allow processing of this follow-on document' .

Can anyone pls explain why this is coming .?

How I can remove this error ?

Kindly advise.

regards

Like Srinivas has suggested......go to the requisition item detail screen and locate the version tab

here you have set the flag (at the top left corner of version) complete by clicking on the flag (flag color is red once you set complete it will turn to blacl&white)

then you will not get the error
