Hi to everybody.
Strange situation.
Some of customer employees recieve a critical error when enter the production portal.
Customer is using Danish language.
We are using a central user administration. All users have the same language setting every where is Danish and in the Portal also, but some of them receive an exception when enter the portal.
When I have changed language in the portal to english everything works, but with danish, they can't see a content.
I'll be appreciated if somebody helped me!

Please provide more info on the exception.
What is the exception shown on screen, and what can you see in the portal log files?

When user enter the portal it receives exception:
<i><b>Critical Error
A critical error has occured. Processing of the service had to be terminated. Unsaved data has been lost.
Please contact your system administrator.</b>
</i>
P.S. Now for me is only portal available, so where in the portal I can see some helpfull information about this error, what you can suggest?

Go to http://hostname:port/nwa for netweaver administrator, Choose monitoring -> Logs and traces -> default trace.
In there should be a more detailed error message and stack trace.
