All the reports ( including Zreports ) are stored in the system table

TRDIR.

Check this table you will get all your z reports here.

Hi !

Z-reports code is stored in files.

If you want use report code in a program, use the ABAP instruction "READ REPORT into itab".

Names of ABAP programs ans Includes can be found in SAP table TRDIR.
