Integration Logistics and HR

Hi,

my task in the project is to find out the way to link POSITION in Logistics with the equivalent, position as well, in HR.

In such a way that it could be possible to compare planned data (the panned cost of this position) with the real result from HR (the payroll result of the person who occupies this position).

May be someone has already done it in any project, I need it for a construction company.

Then Award the points whom you think the better answer it will be a motivating factor for the people who really want to give more answers and help more people and ofcourse we are not looking for the points or any other thing just it will motivates us and we also can rate our self how much valuable and helpful to the person whom it was asked in the forum. We all get some energy to give answers more in different ways.

Hi Zoya,

To find out the link between HR & Logistics are:

1. Work Centre : IN Logistics the positions & Org Units which we will give the same will be assigned to the respective Work Centre

2. Factory Calender: According to Logistics we define the factory calender in Time Managment

3. Shifts: The Planned working time which we create the same times they also maintains when they create work centers.

please give the question little bit clear integration hr with logistics means to pp or mm or sd which module if you give specific or for all we can give more inputs to that. just find out from them and give we will help you out in this matter ok dont worry. be specific ok

Hello, Naveen,

I`ll try to explain a bit more the "mission".

One of the purposes of HR implementation in this project is to control and compare the following data: in Logistics they have already created Position and have planned the costs for this position, now we have to create Organizational Structure in HR and assign persons, so ones we have the results of the payroll we could be able to compare the planned amount for this Position and the real one. If we already have Logistic part done and now we will implement the HR part PD and PA, how can we link this data, and will the Position from Logistics appear in HR or we have to create the whole structure from the beginning and then link them.

hello

integration with sd :- we have a infotype 0900 sales representative for sd people they have tcode PAL1, then in training and event management customer and contact person where they create in vd02. in training and event management only pv00 there is billing activity.

integration with mm : in benefites we have providers inbasic settings there vendor is there that will be reflected when they do in tcode xd01. and there is ainfotype in pa30 3003 infotype. even in time management external service management is there there we have to do back ground scheduling

integration with pp: we create work centers and that work center is reflected in CR01 tcode (this is pp tcode), and even factory calendar is usefule to all logistics people where we create in tcode SCAL. and incentive wages we do in time management. if we want to assign any cost related go to PPom_old there select position and GOTO in menu bar and select account assignment where you can do the position related to cost

and one more thing we have to do the structure and hire persons then it will reflect to them.
