How to check results from closed test cases in solution manager 7.1 workbench

Hello Friends,

While executing test cases in Solution Manager Workbench, we upload the results with screen shots in excel files and then close the test case.

But when anyone wants to check the results to know what was the results, how to open and see those attachments? We could not find any way to check the results for closed test cases.

Do we further need any specific authorizations or missing any steps here? Kindly help with with screenshots.

Thanks for the response.

We already tried that. But it is opening blank test case without results which is available from Solar 02. While execution, we added separate excel sheets with results and screenshots as an attachment. Those attachments we're not able to retrieve for closed test cases.

Hi Shekhar,

Have you tried sm_workcenter or solman_workcenter transaction, in the test management workcenter tab there is plenty of options available for tester test manager etc.

e..g for your case goto TESTER Worklist and choose package

in the detail screen of test package it will show list of test case with result and also your test result document in the TEST NOTE column.

if you click the same it will open test note. attaching one sample for you.
