Receiver Determination- Connection Refused Error

Hi Experts,

When I was trying to test my scenario using test configuration in ID, it is getting failed at the receiver determination with the following error

Connection refused: connect (port 50xxx to address ::ffff:a.b.c.d)

Also, in the message monitoring, the messages stuck in waiting status with the error:

MessagingException: Error transmitting the message over HTTP. Reason: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect (port 50XXX to address ::ffff:a.b.c.d)

Can anyone let me know how to resolve this issue
