G/L Accounts not assigned to determination any group

Dear experts,

I am creating account determination in ByDesign for Czech Chart of account and I am trying to follow pre-delivered account determination for other countries. I noticed, that there are accounts, which are not assigned to any determination group. What should be done with these accounts? Is necessary to somehow manage them?

Hi Marian,

It is not necessary that all the G/L accounts should be assigned in account determination.

G/L account will picked up on documents/postings depends on Account determination or Account determination group.
so when we select a particular account determination group, then which account needs to be picked up is mentioned in account determination.

If there is an account which manual posting allowed as posting block in Business configuration , then this account will come up in Journal entry vouchers.
