defaulting dates in IT00041

Hi All,

I have a requirement to default Original Hire date and PTO date in New hire action and default Original hire date, PTO date and Termination date in Termination action. again default Original hire data, PTO, Termination date, Rehire date in Rehire action. where as Original hire data and PTO date should be same.

I was able to config Original Hire date and PTO date to default as the date of EE hire. Can any one help me out with Other two actions. I am getting Original hire data and PTO date in all the actions. How to get other dates. Here date means actual date not Date type.

Hope you got my point, Any inputs are welcome.

You have to create appropriate Dynamic actions to solve your issue. however it is simple.

I think you can just write the dynamic action so that the date type in 0041 field is the same as the BEGDA on the action, correct? (that is, if you want termination date on 0041, then that is the same as the termination action BEGDA)

Hi Sangarshitha,

Go to V_T582A for IT41 there you select Display & Selection field and create w/o start give value as 1. It will automatically work.
