Can anyone tell me what is CMS and how to install this CMS.

What is CBS-Development Track Configuration.

<a href="http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/31/ef4c4005a99523e10000000a1550b0/frameset.htm">Change Management Service (CMS):</a>Central administration of the Java development landscape and the transports covering the entire software life cycle.

Try logging on to http://<host>:<port>/devinf, which is the index page of JDI, with the administrator uid/pwd. If the JDI is installed, the index page with links to DTR, CBS, CMS and SLD would be displayed.

The installation guide for the JDI is available in the SAP Marketplace (service.sap.com/instuidesNW04) in the path, SAP Netweaver->Release 04->Installation->Dev Env.
