While creating PO...

Hi SAP Gurus...

When ever I am creating PO I have to select My PO document type as (let us say SNB..) instead of Standard PO in the left most corner of ME21n. It is poping up with all Document types of PO. (Environment is : SAP 4.6C)

Is there any way that only my Document types should appear here?

Hi

In ME21N, click on personal settings and click on default tab, select your document type and save.

But small Question..

Can I make only my doument type only in popup box here..?

No I dont think it is possible. But you may check with Basis Security to restrict thru authorization. Then even if it is availabe in drop down list, but system wont allow you to create with other than your default document type.
