No Connection to Integration Builder in SPROXY transaction

Former Member

Hi everyone!

I've gone through the blog ; /people/vijaya.kumari2/blog/2006/01/26/how-do-you-activate-abap-proxies

Checked all my configuration and everything seems to be ok!

But in my business system (ECC6.0/webas 7.0), I'm still getting the "No Connection to Integration Builder" in transaction SPROXY!

When I run SLDCHECK, everything is OK! Checked SM59 connections = OK!

Can you tell me what's missing in this case? Do I need to activate the XI profile on ECC6?

Hi Jayakrishnan,

1. On my ECC 6.0, the TCP/IP connection SAPSLDAPI is correctly pointing in our Central SLD (Which is not XI's SLD). And the TCP/IP connection LCRSAPRFC is correctly pointing to XI, with the right program ID.

Again SLDCHECK on Ecc 6.0 & XI works perfectly.

2. In SXMB_ADM, I've changed the address of the corresponding integration server from dest// to the http// and that solved the issue!

Thank you very much for your help (all of you guys)!

Really appreciate this Forum!

Hi Prabhu,

No I'm not getting any errors in R/3 when I execute SPROXY!

SLDCHECK works fine! Therefore, my R/3 system does not have any problems reading the Exchange Profile...

Did the SLDCHECK also on the XI server and Everything is OK there.

Hi Emmanuel,

Pls do check whether you have all these done.

1. From your ECC 6.0 system you have the TCP/IP connections SAPSLDAPI and LCRSAPRFC maintained in SM59 transaction and their program id's used are using the correct/up to date details in teh Visual Administrator of the SAP XI Java Stack.

2. In SXMB_ADM transaction of your ECC6.0 system have you maintained the role as Applicaiton Sytem and corresponding integration server as http://<xiserver ip>:<http port of XI server>/sap/xi/engine?type=entry

4. Make sure the XIAPPLUSER is having all the authorizations in the XI box as mentioned in the configuration guide of XI.

5. Do check whether you have the INTEGRATION_DIRECTORY_HMI RFC destination is maintained in your ECC6.0 box and the connection user is maintained as XIAPPLUSER and its password.

Cheers

JK

just to make sure of ur steps can u confirm on the following:

1. logged into R3 (not XI) and from there u checked sm59 for RFC connectivity?

2. what is the connection type used?

3. did u get this error in R3 when u tried to execute the tc sproxy?

Hi Chandra Sekhar !

Thanks for answering!

I'm a bit confused now!!!! Does it mean that my R/3 Business System needs to use it's own Exchange Profile as opposed to my XI Exchange Profile?

XI Server

-

Exchange Profile path:

http://pidev.abc.com:50100/exchangeProfile

R/3 Server

-

Exchange Profile path:

http://r3dev.abc.com:50200/exchangeProfile

Hi,

Check the IR connection from R3 instance of XI.

So check in exchange profile for R3 system details properly mensioned or not..

IR,ID check these and maek these connections in activate.
