We are receiving this exception in Bank SFTP channels.
"Exception received:
com.jcraft.jsch.JSchException: Session.connect: java.net.SocketException:
Connection reset"
There is no issue with the password or the network connectivity or the folder permissions. We are receiving this error intermittently. The channel works fine most of the times. It picks up file as per the set frequency and the messages are processed successfully. But all of a sudden we start getting this exception continuously.
Currently we have 3 interfaces connecting to the same bank SFTP server. Please help us in identifying the issue and rectifying it.
