Missing sales in BW

Hi,

I have following issue:

When closing a line in a sales order with "no backorder" in SAP R/3 ->Error message: the item can not be marked as statistical -> no sales in BW, not even the partial quantity that has been delivered.

Has anyone faced the same issue?

Hi

Is it in scheduling agreement or normal sales order itself

In normal sales order itself then you have to update statistical update and document update synchnronous in some R/3 screen

There are certain default settings which will prevent no statistical update only document update for certain document categories like scheduling agreement

Go to the transaction MC15,MC18 and MC21 and refer the appropriate sections

This is just a suggestion

It was in the order itself in R/3 that the message appeared.
