    Hi Reddy,

We can have tx calculation based on the activity, you define a system for tax calculation. You can select one of the following options.

Tax calculation occurs in the R/3 System

Tax calculation occurs via RFC in the R/3 System in Financial Accounting. If an external system is connected to the R/3 System (Vertex or Taxware, for example), this is automatically called from the R/3 System.

    No tax calculation

    No tax is calculated

Tax calculation occurs via external tax system

Calculation occurs directly with Vertex or Taxware (only for USA and Canada)

    Tax calculation occurs via TTE

The Tax Transaction Engine is called via RFC

Tax calculation occurs in the local system (via ERS)

ERS functions are used for tax calculation. Calculation occurs in the EBP system.

    Customer-specific implementation

    Customer creates own functionality

2.Could you please explain what is meant by non deductible taxes?

    Regards,
