UWL: Possible to show all workflows initiated by current user?

We are running multiple workflows in SAP backend systems and would like that the users can check the status of them by accessing UWL in SAP EP.

Is it possible to configure a tab in UWL ("Initiated workflows") which list all workflow where the current user is registered as the workflow initiator ?

(if yes, how is this configured in the UWL xml configuration file)

    Hi Dagfinn,

May be first you can check out the -"Status Overview" that is already as part of ESS.

Which gives a list of all workflows started by the particualr user and also gives the status of the workflows also.

    Hope this helps.

    • Still alive and kicking here in Kolkata. Hotter than I really appreciate (and hotter this April than last April, so like when I went to Walldorf in 2003 I seem to somehow always manage to pick the wrong years...)

Anyway, just starting to use UWL is good leap forward for the company I think, and I am sure SAP will continue to extend the standard functionality of UWL.

If the tracking doesn't give results as desired it may also pay off to look at the workflow designs and make sure the real workflow initiator is the one who is logged. Can't recall if this is a problem, but it should be worthwhile checking it if some workflows appear to not display in the tracking.
