Atachments of Surveys in Ticket not visible

When an attachment is added to a survey (on a Service Ticket) it's not possible to see the attachment in the ticket.

For Visits this is possible as there is an attachment screen available. I cannot add this same screen for tickets.

However when I go to HTML5 view>Edit Master Layout>Open UI tablet > go back to HTML5 view to edit the master lay out of the UI view I see the attachment workscreen but this is not visible in RUI!

Instead of that I see the Survey Summary:

It would be good if I could have the same view as below:

Yes I did it like the steps you mentioned in the thread.

What do you mean with editing the ticket? There is a survey available in the ticket but after completing & add an attachment it's not visible in the ticket itself. Only if i open the survey...


Hello Arian,

I did a quick check and could not reproduce this in one of SAP internal test system. Did you add any of this tables via PDI code? In case it not, then I would recommend you to open an incident so the SAP support team can take a better look.
